Payments
Payments may fail due to one or more of the following reasons:
Insufficient balance in your bank account or card
Incorrect card details (card number, expiry date, CVV)
OTP or bank authentication not completed
Card not enabled for online or international transactions
Network or temporary payment gateway issues
UPI app timeout or bank server downtime
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually auto-refunded by the bank within 3–7 working days.
👉 If the issue persists, please contact Skilledom support with your registered email/phone number and transaction reference ID.
Refunds are processed based on Skilledom’s refund and cancellation policy.
You may request a refund if:
Your payment was successfully deducted but the service was not activated
There was a technical or system error during payment
The service purchased was not delivered as committed
To request a refund:
Contact Skilledom support within the applicable timeframe
Share your registered email/phone number
Provide the payment transaction ID or receipt
Mention the reason for your refund request
Once verified, eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

Refunds may not apply to partially used services
Some promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
You can redeem a coupon code during the checkout process by following these steps:
Select the service or package you want to purchase
Proceed to the checkout/payment page
Enter your coupon code in the “Apply Coupon” or “Promo Code” field
Click Apply to see the discounted price
Complete the payment with the updated amount

Coupon codes are case-sensitive
Each coupon has a validity period and usage limit
Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
If a coupon is expired or invalid, the discount will not apply

To change the name on your Skilledom account:
Log in to your Skilledom account
Go to My Profile / Account Settings
Edit your name or organization name
Save the changes
If you’re unable to edit the name yourself (or if the account is already verified), please contact Skilledom support with:
Your registered email or phone number
The correct name you want to update
Any supporting document, if requested (for verification purposes)

Frequent name changes are not allowed for security reasons
